~ Terms of Service ~
PAYMENT
⦿ All payment through PayPal only
⦾ All prices are listed in USD
⦿ Payment is half before starting, half after watermarked proof of final product.
⦾ Prices listed above are for personal use only.
⦿ Prices of commissions intended for commercial use must be discussed with me further.GENERAL TERMS
⦾ I have the right to decline any commission at any point in time for any reason.
⦿ If the artwork is required to be any specific dimensions or size, or is to be printed, you must let me know ahead of time
⦾ I do not accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs or feeding into AI.CREATIVE RIGHTS / PERMISSIONS
⦿ You can use the commissioned artwork to roleplay, post on your social media/use as icons/backgrounds, and make personal merch for yourself (not to sell).
⦾ You can not sell, exchange, or profit from the artwork in any form, physical or digital, printed or NFT, unless paid for the right to do so and given permission by me.
⦿ The final artwork is strictly for personal use only. (Unless discussed otherwise.)
⦾ I as the artist retain all commercial and creative rights to the commissioned artwork. I may sell prints and use the artwork in any online marketing or published materials. (If you would not like your commission to be posted up, please tell me before hand.)

Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service! Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.
